Student Volunteers
Interactive entertainment is one of the most vibrant areas of interest in modern society and ACE is its premier forum. The goal of ACE 2010 is to bring those researchers and practitioners together from industry and academia to present and discuss their work in a stimulating and challenging environment. ACE is a multi-disciplinary conference that attracts people across a wide range of interests and disciplines from, but not limited to, arts, sociology, anthropology, psychology, marketing, computer science and design.
ACE 2010 conference also offers the opportunity to students who are interested in taking part in such enthralling and thrusting development in the field of interactive entertainment techniques. This unique opportunity is open to full time post-secondary, undergraduate, or post-graduate students who are enrolled for at least one semester during the 2009-2010 school academic year and want to volunteer behind the scene of a world-class conference. Student Volunteers must dedicate at least 18 hours in exchange for full conference access (when not on duty). As a Student Volunteer, you will have admission to ACE 2010's complete program, including Courses, Talks, Technical Papers, Panels, the Reception, and much more.
All student will have accomodation assistance in Taiwan upon request. In addition, selected foreign volunteers who exceed 30-hour of work may be provided with complimentary accommodation during the conference.

It is our pleasure and honour to invite you to attend the International Conference on Advances in Computer Entertainment Technology, to be held in the city of Taipei, Taiwan on 17-19 November, 2010.
ACE 2010 is in cooperation with ACM & ACM SIGCHI. It will be held in conjunction with the 9th Annual Workshop on Network and Systems Support for Games (NetGames 2010). The NetGames workshop showcases latest advancement in issues related to networked games.

Work accepted at ACE 2010 will be archived in ACM Digital Library, where it will remain accessible to thousands of researchers and practitioners worldwide.

- Short Paper will be published in a special issue of Entertainment Computing (Elsevier).
- Creative Showcase will be published in a special issue of International Journal of Arts and Technology (Inderscience).
